In no event shall VibeNest or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on VibeNest, even if VibeNest or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on VibeNest could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. VibeNest does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. VibeNest may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

VibeNest has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by VibeNest of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VibeNest operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

• Not transmit any harassment, hate speech, or abusive content
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to VibeNest systems
• Not upload or share malicious software or code
• Not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not spam or engage in commercial solicitation

9.1 Local Media Caching

VibeNest uses local browser storage (IndexedDB) to cache images and videos on your device for improved performance. By using VibeNest, you consent to this automatic caching behavior. You can:

• View your cache size and contents in Settings → Storage & Cache
• Clear your cache anytime from the same location
• Disable browser storage in your browser settings if you do not wish to use caching

All cached data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers or third parties. See our Privacy Policy (Section 8.1) for complete details about media caching.

10. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to any content you create and share on VibeNest. By sharing content, you grant VibeNest a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with providing the service.

11. Account Termination

VibeNest reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Causes for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Illegal activity
• Abusive behavior
• Spam or harassment

12. Age Requirement

By using VibeNest, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you may not use this service.
